Job summary

TechTorch is seeking an experienced Salesforce CPQ Consultant to configure, implement, and optimize Salesforce CPQ (Steelbrick) solutions for complex business needs. You will lead CPQ deployments, collaborate with clients, and ensure best practices across projects.

Required at least 3 years of Salesforce CPQ and Sales Cloud experience, with relevant certifications preferred. The role emphasizes training, adoption, and post‑deployment support in a flexible, remote setting.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience with Salesforce CPQ (Steelbrick) and Sales Cloud.
Salesforce CPQ (Steelbrick) certification such as CPQ Specialist or Sales Cloud Consultant is highly desirable.
Hands-on experience configuring and implementing Salesforce CPQ (Steelbrick).
Proficient in Salesforce automation tools (Flows) and complex CPQ configurations.
Strong analytical and communication skills for working with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business needs for Salesforce CPQ implementations.
Lead Salesforce CPQ configuration and deployment efforts.
Optimize processes using Salesforce tools like Flows and Price Rules to streamline operations.
Ensure solutions adhere to Salesforce best practices for performance, scalability and security.
Act as the primary client contact, guiding deployments and post‑deployment support.
Provide training to drive adoption and effective use of Salesforce CPQ.
Maintain clear technical and business documentation.
Stay updated on latest Salesforce CPQ features and related tools such as DocuSign and Conga.
