Job summary

Spyrosoft Ltd is looking for an experienced Salesforce Consultant (CPQ & Admin Focus) to join a long-term engagement for a client based in Germany. You will bridge between business stakeholders, external partners, and technical teams to deliver scalable Salesforce CPQ configurations and platform administration.

The role requires strong declarative skills, data governance, and collaboration across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, with attention to best practices and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as Salesforce Consultant, Business Analyst, or Senior Salesforce Administrator.
• Strong Salesforce CPQ expertise: product setup, pricing rules, discount management, bundles, and quote generation.
• Extensive experience delivering advanced declarative solutions across the Salesforce platform: Flows, validation rules, page layouts, custom objects and fields, security model, sharing rules, reports, dashboards.
• Ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience working with business stakeholders and coordinating activities with external vendors, implementation partners, and third-party providers.
• Foundational programmatic knowledge with the ability to read, debug, and perform minor updates to Apex classes, triggers, test classes, SOQL queries, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Experience with Jira and Agile delivery methodologies.
• Familiarity with Git-based version control and release management processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, facilitate workshops, and drive initiatives from discovery through delivery.
• Experienced in using AI tools in day-to-day workflow.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions, workshops, and requirements-gathering activities with business stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions and functional specifications.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for external vendors, implementation partners, and AppExchange providers.
• Design, configure, and maintain Salesforce CPQ solutions, including products, bundles, options, features, pricing rules, product rules, summary variables, price books, and discount schedules.
• Deliver advanced Salesforce platform configurations across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud environments.
• Create and maintain Flows, validation rules, page layouts, custom objects, custom fields, and security configurations.
• Perform light technical customizations, including analysis and minor updates to Apex code, test classes, SOQL queries, and Lightning Web Components.
• Manage Jira backlog items, user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery tracking.
• Coordinate system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), release activities, and user training.
• Ensure data quality, platform stability, security, and adherence to Salesforce best practices.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and recommend enhancements to business processes and system capabilities.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to successfully deliver Salesforce enhancements and operational support.
