Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in technical support, strong Linux/Linux-based troubleshooting, and fluent English communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical support or similar role.
• Hands-on support for SaaS products.
• Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
• Solid knowledge of Linux, HTTP, REST APIs, and proxies.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of customer-reported issues from investigation to resolution.
• Troubleshoot using tools like Postman and system logs.
• Trace requests across systems to identify root causes.
• Diagnose networking issues including DNS, TCP/IP, routing, and TLS/SSL.
