Job summary

AppsFlyer seeks a Senior Support Engineer to join our globally distributed team in Poland as the first engineer in the region. You will handle complex technical and customer-facing issues end to end, and communicate effectively in English while shaping AI-enabled support workflows.

You will work with autonomy, establish local processes, build relationships with regional stakeholders, and mentor teammates, collaborating with Product, R&D, and Customer Success to continuously improve the customer

Qualifications

5+ years in technical support or related roles.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Experience with SQL and API integrations.
Excellent written and verbal English communication.
Ability to handle ambiguous, high-impact issues with minimal supervision.
Familiarity with AI-assisted workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

Own complex technical and product-related support cases from investigation through resolution.
Provide high-quality support to customers in English across written and live interactions.
Handle ambiguous, high-impact, cross-functional issues with strong judgment and minimal supervision.
Act as a senior escalation point for sensitive customer situations and priority cases.
Mentor teammates and share knowledge to raise team standards.
Use AI-based tools and internal tools to improve speed, quality, and consistency.
Help define and improve support tools, bots, workflows, and documentation.
