Job summary

Banking Circle, Warsaw, is seeking a Risk Manager to join the Risk team. You will identify, assess, and mitigate ICT and operational risks across the organisation, reporting to the Head of Operational Risk and Global Information Security Officer.

The role offers a hybrid work model with a focus on data-driven risk insights. You should have a bachelor’s or master’s in IT/CS/Data Science or Risk Management, and at least 3 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in information technology, computer science, data science, risk management, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of proven experience in ICT risk management, IT security, operational risk, or a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement ICT and operational risk management frameworks and policies.
• Maintain risk management processes and tools across ICT and operational risk domains.
• Identify, classify, and analyze operational risk events, including ICT incidents.
• Design and automate ICT and operational risk reporting using data analytics and technology.
• Conduct risk assessments and audits of IT systems, processes, and vendors.
• Perform second-line assurance reviews and track remediation of control gaps.
• Support DORA implementation and ongoing compliance monitoring.
• Collaborate with IT, security, compliance, and business teams to manage risk exposure.
• Prepare and present risk reports and recommendations to senior management.
