Job summary

PayU is seeking an experienced Risk Manager to strengthen ICT risk, business continuity, and risk governance in Poland. You will lead risk identification, assessment, monitoring, and reporting, coordinating with first- and second-line defense to build resilient processes.

Fluent English and Polish are required, with at least 5 years in risk management and exposure to financial institutions. Hybrid work available in Warsaw.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in risk management.
• A college degree in a relevant field.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar position at a financial institution.

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess risk, monitor and report.
• Prepare and update risk management procedures.
• Analyze data from first- and second-line defense in risk identification.
• Conduct vertical testing as part of risk monitoring.
• Manage ICT incidents and operational risk events.
• Oversee business continuity, including regular tests.
• Collaborate with first and second lines of defense.
• Analyze risk trends and maintain the risk map.
• Prepare and update processes list.
• Report ICT risks to regulator.
• Administer incident management support system.
