Job summary

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 5+ years in risk/audit/compliance, knowledge of operational risk management in financial services, and strong analytical and communication skills. Professional certifications (CIA, CPA, CAMS, CRCM) are a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Risk, Audit, Compliance, Controls, or a related field.
• Knowledge of operational risk management and financial services.
• Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct independent reviews of operational risk processes and controls.
• Identify control gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Partner with stakeholders across the organization to strengthen risk management practices.
• Support review activities from planning and fieldwork through reporting and issue validation.
• Communicate insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
