Job summary

Standard Chartered in Warsaw is seeking an Associate Director for ICT Risk & Control within CyberSecurity and Anti-Crime tech. The role spans Poland and Malaysia with a hybrid working model. You will drive risk governance, assurance, and controls design across functions.

You will support process owners, deliver risk insights, coordinate with internal audits, and advance control maturity in a global banking environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field.
• 8+ years in Cybersecurity, IT/Cyber Audit or Cyber Risk Management.
• Professional certs such as CISA/CRISC/CISM/CISSP are advantageous.
• Technical knowledge of security controls across platforms and tools.
• Strong understanding of risk management processes and governance.

Responsibilities

• Perform risk and control activities for information and cyber security.
• Act as confidant to Process Owners for controls development and implementation.
• Interface with internal/external assurance teams and provide quality responses.
• Drive alignment with risk frameworks and policies; monitor remediation.
• Support design and maintenance of risk monitoring processes and metrics.
• Provide risk & control MI to management and assist audits/regulatory reviews.
