Job summary

PayU is seeking a risk management professional to strengthen operational resilience and ICT risk within a dynamic fintech environment across Poland and Europe. You will contribute to risk governance and ensure effective controls in a fast-paced payments business.

Your responsibilities include risk identification and assessment, updating policies, collecting data from first- and second-line defenses, monitoring events, and supporting business continuity testing.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in risk management.
• College degree in a relevant field.
• Understanding of risk governance and controls.

Responsibilities

• Risk identification and assessment, risk monitoring and reporting.
• Preparing and updating risk management procedures and policies.
• Collecting and analyzing data from first- and second-line defense units.
• Managing ICT incidents and operational risk events.
• Supporting business continuity testing and regulator reporting.
