Qualifications

• Experience as a researcher or researcher-teacher at a university abroad.
• Strong publication record in top-tier journals (Q1) in Environmental Science & Engineering, Energy Science & Engineering or related areas.
• Experience with energy management in water and wastewater sectors.
• Knowledge of small-scale hydropower and biogas use for energy generation.
• Experience managing research projects.

Responsibilities

• Conduct advanced research in environmental engineering, mining and energy.
• Analyze energy efficiency and security of power supply to critical infrastructure.
• Engage in international collaborations with industrial partners in energy and wastewater sectors.
• Prepare project proposals, publish results and present at conferences.
• Contribute to organizational duties of the research unit.
