AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Business Analyst to assess existing reporting and shape a future-state strategy and governance model across diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities include inventorying current reports, evaluating relevance and duplication, and translating complex business needs into concrete requirements and roadmaps. You will collaborate across business, technology, and data teams to drive a sustainable reporting portfolio.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of business analysis and requirements management experience.
• Ability to interview stakeholders and run requirements workshops.
• Experience rationalizing reporting portfolios and inventories.
• Translate complex business needs into structured requirements and documents.
• Develop process maps, requirements docs, and reporting roadmaps.
• Identify duplications, gaps, and simplifications in data and reporting.
• Work across business, tech, data, and risk stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication with senior stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Create a comprehensive inventory of existing reports, dashboards, and metrics.
• Analyze historical reporting to understand original business needs and use cases.
• Assess reporting for relevance, duplication, and value.
• Identify gaps and reports that no longer serve a purpose.
• Develop recommendations to retain, enhance, consolidate, or decommission reporting.
• Define stakeholder groups and personas consuming/producing reporting.
• Conduct structured interviews and workshops to capture objectives and pain points.
• Translate needs into defined requirements and establish a consolidated view of demand.
• Maintain traceability between needs, reports, metrics, and outcomes.
• Create a target-state reporting portfolio based on requirements and findings.
• Prioritize requirements by value, risk, and feasibility.
• Develop a roadmap for transitioning from current to future state.
