Job summary

AFRY invites applications for a Senior Project Manager in Renewables & Energy Storage in Poland. You will lead project execution from sales to delivery across PV, wind onshore, and storage, with emphasis on wind.

The role requires a university degree in Electrical/Energetic Engineering, fluency in English and Polish, and strong knowledge of grid codes, HV substations, and power-system analysis. You will manage multi-disciplinary design reviews and client interactions.

Qualifications

University degree in Electrical/Energetic Engineering.
Fluent in English and Polish; other languages are a plus.
Strong knowledge of Polish grid code and renewables power systems.
Experience with HV substations, transmission lines, and grid connections.
Ability to perform load flow, short circuit, and stability studies.
Ability to supervise design reviews and external engineering teams.

Responsibilities

Develop commercially and lead project execution in renewables (PV, wind, storage).
Identify follow-on sales opportunities within projects and support proposals.
Lead complex technical assignments: due diligence, technical advisory, performance reports for lenders/owners.
Participate in design reviews and supervise design review processes.
Manage the full project life cycle from sales to closure and capture lessons learned.
