The successful individual will combine strong recruitment expertise with exceptional business development skills to create and grow a successful market presence.

What You'll Be Doing

• Business Development: Build and develop a new IT & Technology recruitment desk, identifying and securing new client partnerships across the Warsaw market.
• Market Specialisation: Focus on recruitment within telecommunications, cybersecurity, data centres, and broader IT sectors.
• Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key decision-makers, acting as a trusted recruitment partner.
• Candidate Acquisition: Source, engage, and manage high-calibre technology professionals throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Market Intelligence: Stay informed on industry trends, talent availability, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Revenue Growth: Drive desk performance through proactive sales activity, opportunity generation, and successful placement delivery.

• Recruitment Experience: Previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant or Senior Recruitment Consultant.
• Sales Capability: Demonstrated success in business development, client acquisition, and revenue generation.
• Market Awareness: Knowledge of the telecommunications, cybersecurity, data centre, or wider IT recruitment markets is highly advantageous.
• Relationship Building: Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build credibility quickly.
