Job summary

AMS is seeking a Senior Recruiter based in Warsaw (Poland) to lead end-to-end recruitment delivery across the Middle East, Africa and Europe regions. This role requires fluency in English and Arabic, with Polish as a nice-to-have, and a hybrid work arrangement 1–2 days on client site in Warsaw.

You’ll partner with Hiring Managers to map roles, source diverse talent, and deliver high-quality shortlists while optimizing processes and reporting against SLAs and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Arabic, Polish welcome
• Experience delivering end-to-end recruitment in RPO or in-house environments
• Deep understanding of ME and EMEA talent markets

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes across MEA and EMEA regions.
• Proactively identify candidates through multiple channels and build diverse pipelines.
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers to define role requirements and deliver high-quality shortlists.
• Provide a positive candidate and stakeholder experience throughout the process.
• Drive improvements in recruitment processes, market mapping and client expectations.
• Maintain accurate data systems and report management information against SLAs and KPIs.

We are looking for a Senior Recruiter with Arabic and English who brings strong capability in end‑to‑end recruitment delivery and stakeholder partnership and is motivated to contribute to high‑quality hiring outcomes across Romania and, at times, the wider EMEA region.

Role location: Warsaw, Poland (hybrid of 1-2 days/week Client site presence)

Key Accountabilities:

What you’ll do:

• Apply your recruitment expertise to lead and manage end to end recruitment processes in Middle East, North and South Africa regions.
• Use your sourcing and talent attraction skills to proactively identify candidates through multiple channels and build diverse and qualified talent pipelines.
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers and stakeholders to support workforce planning, define role requirements, and deliver high quality shortlists in a timely manner.
• Contribute to successful hiring outcomes by leveraging your stakeholder management and communication skills to provide a positive experience for candidates and hiring teams.
• Drive improvements in recruitment processes and delivery through your strengths in market mapping, process optimisation, and managing client expectations.
• Support data driven recruitment delivery by maintaining accurate systems, producing management information, and delivering results against client SLAs, KPIs, and team objectives.

Skills & Requirements:

• Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken. Fluency in Polish would be nice to have
• Demonstrated ability in managing end-to-end recruitment processes in an RPO or in-house environment, ideally for a large matrixed organizations
• Deep expertise of the ME and EMEA talent market and local hiring landscape.
• Strength in stakeholder management, with the ability of building strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders, providing recruitment expertise and market insight.
• Ability to source and engage candidates effectively, building strong talent pipelines across relevant markets.
• Familiarity with recruitment technologies, sourcing tools, and applicant tracking systems, or strong learning agility and the ability to quickly adapt to new platforms.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, collaborative, and results-driven environment.
• Strength in communication, relationship building, and analytical thinking, with strong attention to detail and a practical approach to problem solving.
• A proactive, self-driven approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
