Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end recruitment for Commercial roles across EMEA in the pharma sector.
• Guide hiring managers through needs, priorities and workforce planning.
• Collaborate to define job requirements and manage expectations throughout lifecycle.
• Facilitate interview and selection processes.
• Identify process improvements and apply best practices in recruitment.
• Maintain regular updates and transparent engagement with candidates and hiring managers.
• Ensure accurate systems and data management.
• Deliver results against SLAs, KPIs and team objectives.

What you’ll do:

• Use your end‑to‑end recruitment expertise to deliver hiring outcomes for Commercial roles across EMEA within the pharmaceutical sector.
• Apply your consulting skills to guide hiring managers through hiring needs, priorities, and workforce planning discussions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and client stakeholders to define job requirements and manage expectations throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Use your relationship‑building skills to facilitate interview and selection processes that support fair and effective hiring decisions.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements and applying best practice recruitment approaches.
• Use your communication skills to ensure a positive candidate and hiring manager experience through regular updates and transparent engagement.
• Apply your attention to detail to maintain accurate systems, data and management information.
• Deliver results against agreed service level agreements, KPIs, and team objectives.

Skills & Requirements:

• Fluency in English and German (ideally) with the ability to communicate effectively in both written and spoken.
• Recruiter or Talent Acquisition professional with demonstrated ability in managing end‑to‑end recruitment processes within a structured, client‑focused environment across the EMEA region.
• Strength in stakeholder management, including the ability to build trusted relationships with hiring managers and senior client stakeholders.
• Experience recruiting for Commercial, Manufacturing, Production, Warehousing, Supply Chain, or blue‑collar roles with EMEA markets.
• Strong communication and influencing skills, enabling you to manage expectations and drive alignment.
• Ability to prioritise effectively and manage multiple requisitions in a fast‑changing environment.
