AMS is seeking a Senior Recruiter to support a Public Sector Financial Client in delivering end-to-end recruitment services. You will partner with hiring managers and client stakeholders to define requirements, manage expectations, and ensure high-quality hires while meeting service levels and KPIs.

• Strength in stakeholder management, including the ability to build trusted relationships with hiring managers and senior client stakeholders.
• Strong communication and influencing skills, enabling you to manage expectations and drive alignment.
• Ability to priorities effectively and manage multiple requisitions in a fast‑changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end recruitment for a Public Sector Financial Client.
• Guide hiring managers through hiring needs, priorities, and workforce planning.
• Define job requirements with stakeholders and manage expectations throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Coordinate and participate in validation meetings, providing data-driven hiring recommendations.
• Conduct HR interviews, panel interviews, and competency-based interviews (CBIs).
• Facilitate interview and selection processes that support fair and effective hiring decisions.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements and applying best practice recruitment approaches.
• Maintain regular updates and transparent candidate and hiring manager engagement.
• Apply attention to detail to maintain accurate systems, data and management information.
• Deliver results against agreed service level agreements, KPIs, and team objectives.
