Job summary

AMS is seeking an experienced Recruiter to join the Contingent Workforce Solutions team. You will manage vacancies end-to-end, partnering with senior hiring managers to deliver a consultative recruitment service and top candidate experiences.

You will provide market insight, influence hiring decisions, and guide stakeholders through the recruitment lifecycle with a data-driven, professional approach.

Qualifications

• Experience managing recruitment processes in a professional services or corporate environment.
• Ability to engage confidently with senior leaders and hiring managers.
• Experience recruiting contingent workers within MSP/RPO environments.
• Consultative recruitment with market insights and influencing decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and planning skills for multiple priorities.
• Experience delivering high-quality stakeholder service.

Responsibilities

• Lead vacancy consultations with hiring managers and define recruitment plans.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for contingent roles.
• Assess and qualify candidates against role requirements.
• Present shortlists and provide informed recommendations.
• Facilitate interview and selection processes with a positive candidate experience.
• Support hiring managers with offers and negotiations.
• Deliver a professional, consultative candidate experience reflecting AMS and client values.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruitment outcomes and stakeholder engagement.
