Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in large global corporation.
• 7+ years in Quality Assurance & Testing across integrated enterprise landscapes.
• Strong end-to-end and cross-platform testing understanding; test automation experience.
• Experience coordinating outsourced testing teams.
• Strong defect, stakeholder and vendor-management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own and coordinate end-to-end QA across the Digital Customer Experience landscape.
• Develop and maintain integrated test strategies and plans across Salesforce, CPQ, PowerShop, Camos Configurator, and Customer Portal.
• Coordinate functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing activities.
• Ensure adequate test coverage for cross-platform business processes, interfaces, and releases.
• Manage testing activities delivered by strategic vendors and external partners.
• Review and challenge test plans, coverage, execution quality, and defect resolution processes.
• Align testers, application teams, and delivery partners for testing readiness.
• Monitor and communicate quality metrics, defect status, test progress, and release readiness.
• Provide QA input for release readiness assessments and go/no-go decisions.
• Drive continuous improvement while adhering to QA standards and best practices.
