Job summary

Hitachi Energy Services SP. Z O.O. in Krakow, Poland seeks a Software Governance & Quality Specialist to define and drive software quality initiatives across R&D. You will lead quality governance, set standards, and enable world-class engineering practices across multiple product lines.

You will coach teams, develop metrics, promote automated testing and static analysis, and ensure alignment with corporate and customer standards throughout the full development lifecycle.

Qualifications

Demonstrated ability to lead software quality initiatives impacting multiple teams.
Experience defining quality standards and lifecycle process requirements.
Strong background in test automation and static code analysis.

Responsibilities

Define and drive initiatives to improve software quality across product lines.
Coach development teams and lead source code and design reviews.
Establish standards for software development life cycle and tooling usage.
Promote best coding practices, patterns, and metrics driven quality.
