Job summary

TÜV Rheinland RSSC in Katowice is seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead and coordinate complex projects within a dynamic, international Shared Services environment. You will drive planning, resource management, and performance optimization across finance, HR and related processes.

The role requires strong English (B2+) and 3+ years in project management, with 6+ years for a senior role. A hybrid work model and opportunities for growth are offered.

Qualifications

• Excellent English language skills (B2 or higher).
• At least 3 years of experience as Project Manager (6+ years for Senior role).
• Experience leading projects in Shared Services Center (SSC) / BPO environments with focus on service delivery and optimization.
• Strong expertise in Finance & Accounting processes; HR service delivery experience is a plus.
• University degree in Business Administration/Project Management or related field.
• Knowledge of GPM Standard.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Experience in international and intercultural environments.
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Very good communication skills in person and virtual contacts.
• German language skills will be an asset.

Responsibilities

• Clarify project objectives and scope with stakeholders.
• Lead or coordinate planning, resourcing, staffing, procurement, and progress reporting.
• Develop detailed project plans with milestones and work packages.
• Ensure quality, reliability, schedule and cost requirements.
• Define measures to evaluate results and monitor performance.
• Provide status tracking and final reporting, including presentations.
• Establish communication flows among participants.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
