Salary: 900 - 1200 PLN/day on B2B

Work model: hybrid from Gdynia / Gdańsk (2/3 days per week from the office)

Project

You will be involved in a financial project focused on delivering data-driven solutions that support business decision-making and system development. In this role, you will perform IT and investigative data analysis, contribute to system design, and develop data models to meet both functional and non-functional requirements. You will collaborate with multiple stakeholders, acting as a bridge between business and IT teams to ensure alignment, clarity, and transparency of requirements. The position also involves building a deep understanding of business processes and data models, ensuring that data solutions effectively support business needs. Working in an agile, cross-functional environment, you will actively contribute to continuous improvement and high-quality delivery of scalable solutions.
