Job summary

Jit Team is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a large-scale Big Data platform migration and vendor replacement program in a complex enterprise environment. You will drive the transition of a Hadoop/Cloudera-based platform, coordinating stakeholders, budgets, and governance to ensure successful delivery.

You will collaborate with business and technical teams, manage timelines, risks, and communications, and report to senior stakeholders.

Salary: 1000-1200 PLN/day on B2B

Work model: hybrid from Gdynia / Gdańsk / Warszawa (3 days per week from the office)

Project

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead a large-scale Big Data platform migration and vendor replacement initiative within a complex enterprise environment. You will drive the transition of a strategic Hadoop / Cloudera-based platform, coordinating multiple stakeholders, managing delivery activities, budget, risks, and governance processes. This role requires a proven track record in delivering large-scale migrations or vendor replacement programs within the Big Data ecosystem, with the ability to clearly articulate this experience in previous projects.
