Job summary

ITConnect Sp. z o.o. in Poland seeks an experienced Programme Manager to lead AML/KYC regulatory transformation across multiple business areas and legal entities.

You will coordinate complex workstreams, drive governance, manage risks, and coach project teams to deliver large-scale initiatives with banking/financial domain expertise. The role requires strong stakeholder management and independent leadership.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, Programme Manager, or Lead Project Leader.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale, cross-functional transformation programmes.
• Strong banking/financial related experience.
• Experience working within AML, KYC, compliance, or regulatory programmes is a huge advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex initiatives and translate business strategy, regulatory requirements, and priorities into actionable deliveries.
• Establish and drive effective execution frameworks, governance structures, and delivery models.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across business areas, legal entities, and technology teams.
• Manage programme governance, reporting, risks, dependencies, escalations, and decision-making processes.
• Drive change management activities and support organisational readiness.
• Build and lead high-performing teams while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Coach project managers, analysts, and delivery teams.
