Qualifications

• Experience supporting large-scale projects, programmes, or transformation initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Experience preparing executive-level presentations and steering materials.
• Understanding of project governance, reporting, risk, and dependency management.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and project tracking tools.
• Experience in financial services, regulatory programmes, AML, KYC, or compliance initiatives would be an advantage.
• Proactive and ownership-driven mindset.
• Strong coordination and planning capabilities.
• Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and work with senior stakeholders.
• High level of transparency, collaboration, and professionalism.
• Confidence in driving actions and following up with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.

Responsibilities

• Support programme and project managers in the execution of complex change initiatives
• Coordinate activities across multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and business areas
• Prepare steering committee materials, status reports, presentations, and governance documentation
• Track project milestones, risks, dependencies, and action items
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and follow-up activities
• Support planning, resource coordination, and progress monitoring
• Ensure effective communication between programme teams and key stakeholders
• Assist with reporting, escalation management, and change governance activities
• Contribute to continuous improvement of programme management practices and ways of working
