Job summary

Jit is seeking an experienced Senior Programme Manager to lead a large-scale AML transformation programme within an international financial services organisation. You will coordinate multiple workstreams, manage governance, and drive regulatory delivery across business lines.

Based in Poland, the role offers hybrid work from Gdynia / Gdańsk / Warszawa / Łódź with three days in the office and opportunities to mentor PMs, manage budgets, and report to executives while aligning with AML/KYC and

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Programme or Project Management.
• Experience in Banking or Financial Services.
• Strong stakeholder management and governance experience.
• Experience working with regulatory, compliance, AML, KYC, or Risk-related initiatives.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate multiple AML-related initiatives across the organisation.
• Manage programme governance, reporting, risk management, and executive communication.
• Drive alignment across business, technology, compliance, legal, and operations teams.
• Oversee implementation activities spanning multiple business areas and legal entities.
• Manage programme roadmaps, dependencies, budgets, and resource planning.
• Prepare steering committee materials and executive-level presentations.
• Ensure regulatory requirements are translated into actionable delivery plans.
• Identify and mitigate programme risks and delivery challenges.
• Support organisational change management and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Mentor Project Managers and delivery leads across the programme.
