Responsibilities

• Support programme and project managers in the execution of complex change initiatives
• Coordinate activities across multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and business areas
• Prepare steering committee materials, status reports, presentations, and governance documentation

• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and follow-up activities
• Support planning, resource coordination, and progress monitoring
• Ensure effective communication between programme teams and key stakeholders
• Assist with reporting, escalation management, and change governance activities

Join a large-scale transformation programme focused on implementing AMLA-related regulatory and operational changes across multiple business areas and legal entities.

Support the delivery of a large-scale regulatory transformation programme, working closely with senior programme and project managers to coordinate activities across multiple workstreams, business areas, and stakeholders.

Ensure smooth programme execution by supporting governance processes, tracking progress, preparing management materials, coordinating meetings and actions, and maintaining high standards of reporting and communication across the programme.
