Job summary

Jit is seeking a Senior Project/Programme Manager to lead end-to-end planning and execution of KYC and Transaction Monitoring workstreams as part of implementing the new EU AML regulatory package in a cross-geography environment.

The role focuses on driving complex initiatives within Financial Crime Prevention, coordinating stakeholders across multiple geographies and business units, and ensuring successful regulatory changes with measurable business value and benefits realisation.

Qualifications

• Senior Project/Programme Manager with executive-level experience in Financial Crime Prevention.
• Ability to drive large, complex projects spanning multiple geographies and business areas.
• Ability to engage and manage stakeholders at various levels of seniority.
• Proven track record of successfully operationalising change, with demonstrable value creation and benefit realisation.

Responsibilities

• Define, develop, and implement changes to systems, processes, data sourcing, governance, reporting, and other capabilities required to ensure compliance with new EU AML regulations
• Manage assigned workstream(s), ensuring clearly defined scope, deliverables, targets, and definitions of done
• Ensure operational readiness for the implementation of new processes and tools within KYC servicing units
• Understand and assess operational impacts resulting from changes to processes and tools
• Identify and resolve dependencies both within and outside the KYC value chain, and support the identification and mitigation of risks and issues
• Ensure adequate governance and senior management oversight of progress against targets and definitions of done
• Monitor progress and provide timely escalation of risks and issues when required
