Jit Team is looking for a Senior Project/Programme Manager with executive-level experience in Financial Crime Prevention to lead end-to-end KYC and Transaction Monitoring workstreams. Responsabilidades

• Define, develop, and implement changes to systems, processes, data sourcing, governance, reporting for EU AML regulations.
• Manage assigned workstreams with clear scope, deliverables, and definitions of done.
• Ensure operational readiness for new KYC processes and tools.
• Assess operational impacts from changes to processes and tools.
• Identify dependencies and mitigate risks across the value chain.
• Provide governance and senior oversight of progress against targets.
