• Strong technical background with the ability to effectively collaborate with software development teams
• Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and the ability to incorporate non-functional requirements (NFRs), such as performance, security, and scalability, into product delivery
• Good understanding of product management, category management, and e-commerce business processes
• Strong knowledge of the IT industry and the e-commerce ecosystem
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with both clients and development teams
• Business-level English proficiency (B2/C1), both written and spoken
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence
• Practical experience managing projects using Agile methodologies
• Confidence in using AI tools and staying up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends
• A proactive, self-driven mindset with strong ownership and leadership skills, combined with the ability to motivate and engage others
