Job summary

Univio Kraków is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead a growing e-commerce portfolio in an international setting. You will oversee multi-project delivery, mentor PMs, and ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes using Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and Jira/Confluence. Fluent Polish and English required (B2/C1).

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of IT project management experience.
• At least 2 years in a senior role with scope including team or portfolio management.
• Proven hands-on leadership of e-commerce projects.
• Experience in managing teams, motivating and developing employees’ competencies.
• Excellent practical knowledge of Agile methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban).
• Ability to manage projects delivered under a Fixed Price model.
• Strong familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills with stakeholders at different levels.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of the e-commerce B2B project portfolio.
• Ensuring strategic alignment and on-time delivery of projects in line with the company’s business objectives.
• Resource allocation, budget planning, and monitoring of budget execution at the portfolio level.
• Substantive oversight, mentoring, and support for the team of Project Managers.
• Maintaining high standards and best practices in project management within the team.
• Direct management of key or highly complex implementation and development projects for B2B e-commerce platforms.
• Full ownership of the project lifecycle – from analysis and planning, through execution, to deployment and closure.
• Managing timelines, budgets, scope, and risks across assigned projects.

Job description

B2B: 110 - 145 zł/h. Alternative cooperation models are also available. The published salary range applies to the B2B cooperation model. • At least 5 years of experience in IT project management.
• At least 2 years of experience in a role with a similar scope of responsibility (e.g., Senior Project Manager, Program Manager, Delivery Manager), including team or project portfolio management.
• Proven hands-on experience in leading e-commerce projects.
• Experience in managing teams, motivating them, and developing employees’ competencies.
• Excellent practical knowledge of agile project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban).
• Ability to manage projects delivered under a Fixed Price model.
• Strong familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
• Highly developed analytical skills, understanding of the technical aspects of IT projects, and the ability to communicate effectively with development teams.
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at different levels of the organization.
• Proactive, self-driven, with the ability to work under pressure and manage priorities effectively.
• Fluent in Polish and English (minimum B2/C1), enabling smooth communication in an international environment.
