Job summary

Upsaily.b2b seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end e‑commerce projects across Wrocław, Kraków, or remote delivery. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage scope, risks, and budgets, and ensure value delivery for clients.

As a senior PM, you will mentor teams, contribute to proposals, and drive best practices in Agile delivery, SDLC governance, and modern technologies including AI tools. Fluent English and strong stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering e-commerce implementations, including Magento projects.
• Strong technical background with the ability to effectively collaborate with software development teams.
• Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and the ability to incorporate non‑functional requirements (NFRs), such as performance, security, and scalability, into product delivery
• Good understanding of product management, category management, and e‑commerce business processes.
• Strong knowledge of the IT industry and the e‑commerce ecosystem.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with both clients and development teams.
• Business‑level English proficiency (B2/C1), both written and spoken
• Hands‑on experience with Jira and Confluence
• Practical experience managing projects using Agile methodologies
• Confidence in using AI tools and staying up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends
• A proactive, self‑driven mindset with strong ownership and leadership skills, combined with the ability to motivate and engage others

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end project delivery, including planning, execution, monitoring, and controlling project scope, budget, timeline, resources, and risks.
• Prepare and review regular project reports to track progress and ensure successful delivery.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through transparent communication, proactive risk management, expectation management, and serving as the primary escalation point.
• Coordinate cross‑functional project teams while ensuring alignment with Agile delivery methodologies and best practices.
• Build and develop high‑performing project teams, identifying recruitment needs when required.
• Support business development by contributing to proposal preparation and participating in commercial negotiations.
