Job summary

Today in Warsaw is seeking an experienced Project Manager to guide digital projects—from websites to custom software—across UX, design and development teams in an Agile setting.

You will own goals, schedules and budgets, communicate with clients, and coordinate with other PMs. The role supports hybrid work with a distributed team and offers collaborative, long-term projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT or advertising managing digital marketing, UX design, or software projects.
• Knowledge of project management and scheduling methodologies.
• High-level teamwork skills and ability to build relationships.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to connect with clients.
• Strong organizational skills and accuracy in task completion.
• Good knowledge of German language.
• Interest in trends in digital marketing, software development and new technologies.

We specialize in designing and implementing tailored digital projects - such as websites, custom software development, B2B and B2C platforms, and applications - as well as supporting them with communication activities.

We work for well-known brands, building long-lasting and quality relationships with our clients.

We operate in a distributed model - we have an office in a historic building in Warsaw, Poland, but many of us work fully or partially remotely. Our processes are well-organized and optimized for this kind of collaboration.

Scope of responsibilities:

• Managing the project from defining its goal, through planning, to implementation,
• Coordinating the work of UX, design, and development teams using Agile tools and principles,
• Supervising project execution, including schedule and budget oversight,
• Collaborating with the project team - this often includes other PMs responsible for project components,
• Direct communication with the Client and ongoing communication with the teams involved in current projects.

What we expect from the ideal candidate:

• Experience in the IT or advertising industry in managing digital marketing, UX design, or software development projects is a plus,
• Knowledge of project management and scheduling methodologies,
