Job summary

Jit Team is seeking a Project Manager to lead a finance-focused z/OS mainframe program in Poland. Hybrid work from Gdynia/Gdańsk with 2/3 days in the office.

The role involves coordinating complex change and release activities across multiple teams in a regulated banking environment. You will serve as the single point of contact for change-related processes, ensuring timely delivery, risk mitigation, and alignment with program objectives and business requirements.

Qualifications

• Over 5 years of project/program management experience in a large organization.
• Change and release management experience.
• Experience coordinating with business and technical stakeholders.

Job description

Salary: 1000-1200 PLN/day on B2B

Work model: hybrid from Gdynia / Gdańsk (2/3 days per week from the office)

Project

You will be involved in a financial project focused on the execution of multiple technology changes within the z/OS mainframe environment. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating change and release management activities across the program, ensuring smooth delivery of both business and technical changes. Acting as the single point of contact for change-related processes, you will collaborate with stakeholders, technical teams, and business representatives to plan, manage, and oversee release cycles, mitigate risks, and maintain alignment between program objectives and operational requirements.
