Job summary

Jit Team is seeking a Project Manager for a Google Cloud transformation focused on large-scale modernization in the financial sector. The role coordinates delivery across the on-premises workstream, aligning with cloud strategy, program objectives, and milestones.

The ideal candidate has hands-on PM experience in Google Cloud projects, strong risk and stakeholder management, excellent English, and a proactive, accountable approach to delivery.

Job description

Salary: 1000-1200 PLN/day on B2B

Work model: hybrid from Warszawa (2/3 days per week from the office)

Project

You will be involved in a financial project focused on a large-scale technology transformation program within the financial sector, aimed at modernizing and migrating enterprise environments to Google Cloud. The role is responsible for coordinating delivery execution within the on-premises workstream, ensuring alignment with the broader cloud transformation strategy, program objectives, and delivery milestones.

Responsibilities You'll Have

• Coordinate delivery execution in the workstream
• Plan and manage delivery activities, including timelines, dependencies, resources, risks
• Monitor and report delivery progress and risks, proactively identifying issues and risk and escalating where needed to ensure predictable execution
• Uphold project management discipline by promoting a strong delivery culture

Expected competences and knowledge

• Hands-on experience as a Project Manager in Google Cloud transformation projects (this experience should be clearly demonstrated and described in the application).
• Strong risk and issue management skills, with the ability to identify, assess, and mitigate project risks effectively.
• Proven stakeholder management skills and experience working with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear, structured, and actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage stakeholders, drive follow-up actions, and provide clarity in communication.
• Excellent English language skills, both spoken and written.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability for project deliverables and outcomes.
