Job summary

Jit Team is seeking a Senior IT Analyst / Senior Business Analyst to bridge business and IT in a Nordic core banking transformation program. You will gather and translate requirements, drive from discovery to handover, and collaborate with multi-country teams across the Nordic banking landscape.

The role requires 5–10 years in senior BA/IT analysis, fluency in English, and experience with banking statements and reporting processes.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst or Senior IT Analyst.
• Hands-on experience with statements and reporting solutions.
• Professional knowledge of banking statements and reporting processes.
• Experience within the banking sector, preferably large international banks.
• Fluent English communication (written and spoken).
• Ability to work independently in complex, large-scale environments.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into Features, User Stories, and functional specifications.
• Drive requirements from elicitation to implementation handover.
• Facilitate workshops with business and technical stakeholders.

Senior IT Analyst / Senior Business Analyst

Salary:900 - 1050 PLN/day on B2B

Work model: hybrid from Gdańsk / Warszawa (2/3 days per week from the office)

Project

You will join a large-scaleCore Banking Transformation Program aimed at replacing multiple local legacy solutions with a unified Nordic core banking platform.The project operates in a highly complex environment involving multiple business units, systems, stakeholders, and cross-team dependencies. As a Senior IT Analyst, you will play a key role in bridging business and IT, driving requirements from initial discovery through documentation and successful handover to development teams.

The program consists of 300+ professionals working across different domains and countries, creating a unique opportunity to contribute to a strategic banking transformation initiative.

Expected competences and knowledge

• 5-10 years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst and/or Senior IT Analyst
• Hands-on experience working withStatements and reporting solutions
• Professional knowledge ofbanking statements and reporting processes
• Experience within thebanking sector (preferably large international banks)
• Ability to work independently in complex and large-scale environments
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skillsExperience gathering, documenting, and managing business requirements
• Experience working within large transformation programs (300+ employees)
• Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken)
• Ability to understand new domains quickly and effectively
