Billennium is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a strategic global digital transformation initiative, accelerating adoption of a customer learning and training platform across international markets.

You will work with senior stakeholders, project leadership, and global teams to translate objectives into actionable plans, manage governance, and ensure on-time delivery. The role requires strong planning, stakeholder management, and English communication skills.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional experience in Project Management, Program Management, or Change Management.
• Experience delivering global strategic initiatives, transformation programs, or enterprise-wide projects.
• Strong planning and execution skills with the ability to translate business objectives into structured project plans and deliverables.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English (C1).
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and senior management, and drive decisions and progress.

Responsabilidades

• Managing day-to-day project activities and driving execution against strategic objectives.
• Developing and maintaining integrated project plans, timelines, milestones, resources, and workstreams.
• Coordinating activities across global and cross-functional teams, ensuring dependencies and handovers are effectively managed.
• Monitoring project progress and performance, identifying risks and issues, and driving corrective actions as needed.
• Managing project risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies with clear ownership and timelines.
• Supporting project governance processes, maintaining documentation, and ensuring compliance with frameworks.
• Preparing project status reports, dashboards, and executive updates for leadership stakeholders.
• Facilitating project meetings, workshops, steering committees, and decision-making forums.
• Driving stakeholder communication and transparency regarding project status, milestones, and deliverables.
• Maintaining project management tools and ensuring information stays accurate and up to date.

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join a strategic global digital transformation initiative focused on accelerating the adoption of a customer learning and training platform across international markets. In this role, you will support a large-scale change program, bringing structure, governance, and execution discipline to a complex cross-functional environment.

Working closely with senior stakeholders, project leadership, and global teams, you will ensure project objectives are translated into actionable plans and successfully delivered against agreed timelines and commitments.

What you will do:

• Managing day-to-day project activities and driving execution against strategic objectives.


• Developing and maintaining integrated project plans, timelines, milestones, resources, and workstreams.

What we are looking for:

• 5+ years of professional experience in Project Management, Program Management, or Change Management.


• Experience delivering global strategic initiatives, transformation programs, or enterprise-wide projects.


• Strong planning and execution skills, with the ability to translate business objectives into structured project plans and deliverables.


• Experience applying project governance, lifecycle, or phase-gate methodologies.


• Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills across multiple teams and senior leadership levels.


• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to bring structure to complex environments.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English - C1


• Proactive, hands-on approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.


• Ability to coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and senior management, facilitate alignment, and ensure timely decisions and progress.


• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to summarize complex project information into clear status updates and decision points.


• Strong understanding of Agile and SAFe frameworks.
