Billennium, a global technology company with over 20 years of experience, seeks a Delivery PMO Specialist to assist Delivery Managers with day-to-day operations, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration from Lublin. This hybrid/onsite role offers exposure to diverse projects and growth toward Delivery or Project Management tracks.

Key requirements include 2+ years in PMO or delivery support, strong Excel/PowerPoint, and fluent English (B2+).

• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience working with reports, data, and business documentation.
• Very good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-focused mindset.
• English at B2 level or higher.

Responsabilidades

• Support Delivery Managers in day-to-day operational activities.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, and business documentation.
• Coordinate activities with Recruitment, HR, Finance, Administration, and other internal teams.
• Support resource allocation, onboarding, staffing, and contract extension processes.
• Monitor delivery processes, track action items, and ensure timely follow-up.
• Maintain documentation, data quality, and internal reporting standards.
• Identify process improvements and support operational excellence initiatives.

We're looking for a Delivery PMO Specialist to support Delivery Managers in coordinating operations, reporting, resource planning, and cross-functional activities. This role offers broad exposure to project and service delivery, with opportunities to grow toward Delivery or Project Management positions.

Key Responsibilities
