Job summary

Billennium is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our Digital Transformation program for a financial industry client. You will lead strategic delivery efforts and coordinate across 8–10 teams to replace the main customer service system and transform how service is delivered.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of PM experience, strong command of Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and Waterfall, and outstanding communication and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager.
• Experience in large programs crossing 8–10 teams.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and Waterfall.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will work for our client in the financial industry and be part of the Digital Transformation Program, which involves replacing the company’s main customer service system and transforming the way customer service is delivered.

What we are looking for:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager.
• Experience in large projects/programs where work is carried out across at least 8-10 teams.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban) and traditional project management approaches (Waterfall), with the ability to apply them effectively in practice
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong strategic, process-oriented, and systems-thinking capabilities, combined with the ability to make decisions quickly and solve complex problems.
