Qualifications

• Experience with large-scale government IT programs.
• Strong understanding of government contracting, compliance, and audit trails.
• Proven ability to lead and grow agile development teams at scale.

Responsibilities

• Exceed the expectations of our government partners by cultivating strong, trusting relationships and maintaining high situational awareness at the agency level.
• Proactively detect risks and work with the delivery team and stakeholders to resolve them.
• Engage clients to ensure their needs are met, understand their vision, solve issues, and communicate progress transparently.
• Grow the program by identifying opportunities, CLINs, option years, and subcontractor negotiations.
• Collaborate across projects to anticipate and solve delivery problems.
• Support delivery environments built on mutual trust between government partners and Nava.
• Scale efforts through project managers and other delivery leads.
• Coordinate contracts and finances with the finance team and handle necessary contract modifications.
• Set and uphold standards for delivery excellence and client service.
• Apply Nava's policies at the program level.
• Contribute to company objectives and key results.
