Qualifications

• 15–20 years overall IT experience with 10+ years in program/delivery management.
• Proven experience leading large enterprise integration/API programs.
• Strong understanding of integration architecture, APIs, dependencies, and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and delivery of large-scale integration programs.
• Manage integrated plans, milestones, critical paths, dependencies, and resources.
• Coordinate 3+ delivery teams/vendors across 120+ integrations and parallel workstreams.
• Manage scope, change requests, risks, issues, and escalations.
• Oversee budgets, resource utilization, and contractual commitments.
• Lead client/vendor governance, steering committees, and executive reporting.
• Ensure delivery within timelines, budget, and quality expectations.
