Job summary

Veeva Systems, Inc. is seeking a driven Program Lead to guide IT operations for our R&D SaaS solutions at client sites remotely. You will oversee a team of technical colleagues, manage agile release processes, and partner with customer stakeholders and 3rd parties to deliver strategic roadmaps.

This remote, full-time role involves travel to customer sites occasionally and requires strong communication and PM certification.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT project management experience.
• Proven program management for implementations/post-implementation teams.
• Strong independent and team working in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to translate requirements into actionable solutions.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• PM Certification or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT operations for Veeva’s R&D SaaS solutions at customers.
• Serve as primary liaison between managed services teams, stakeholders, and 3rd parties.
• Oversee release management including planning, tracking, and forecasting.
• Analyze requirements to develop adoption and feature roadmaps.
• Guide customers in adopting Vault and best practices post-implementation.
