Qualifications

• Senior level with extensive experience in Production Support within enterprise environments.
• Background in banking, capital markets, trading, or highly regulated financial applications.
• Solid foundation in Unix/Linux, networking, storage, CVE patching, and production monitoring.
• Broad, versatile technical understanding across application, OS, and network layers.
• Proven ability to drive complex production issues to resolution with minimal escalation.
• Outstanding communication skills to bridge technical teams and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-level production and application support across critical financial systems.
• Lead troubleshooting, incident investigations, and root cause analysis for permanent fixes.
• Maintain system availability, monitor production health with Geneos/ELK, perform CVE patching.
• Balance BAU activities with involvement in data center migration and project deliveries.
• Collaborate with quantitative teams, front-office stakeholders, infra and engineering groups.
• Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual effort and single points of failure.
• Question incomplete assumptions to ensure long-term production resilience.
