Job summary

Strategy is seeking a Senior Cloud Support Engineer in Warsaw to provide expert support for cloud environments and applications. You will manage daily Cloud infra operations, on-call rotation, and ensure change requests follow established processes.

You will collaborate with Technical Support and Technology teams, administer the Strategy Platform, and maintain thorough documentation while delivering reliable, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related IT/cloud support experience.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, Linux, and GCP.
• Strong written and verbal English skills.
• Willingness to work in Warsaw office at least 3 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Day to day management of the Strategy Cloud infrastructure including scheduled and emergency maintenance activities as well as scheduled on-call coverage.
• Implementation of Customer change requests in compliance with the Change Control regime.
• Incident response including troubleshooting of the infrastructure related issues and collaboration with Technical Support and Technology teams on troubleshooting of platform related issues.
• Strategy Platform administration.
• Maintaining high quality documentation for all related tasks.
