Job summary

Optiveum is seeking a Senior Application and Operation Support Engineer to join our client’s team in a hybrid role (25% remote) located in Łódź, Gdańsk, Warsaw, or Tricity. You will own production incidents end-to-end, monitor service health, and drive improvements across deployment, environments, and runbooks.

The role requires 5+ years in IT operations, ITIL experience, and strong collaboration with development teams. Strong English communication is essential.
