ERGO Technology & Services S.A. in Warsaw seeks a Senior Product Manager to drive risk and records management products, shaping roadmaps and ensuring compliance, performance, and cost efficiency. You will lead related IT projects for smaller products.

Qualifications

Fluency in Business English.
University degree in CS, Business, or similar.
Strong understanding of risk management, compliance and legal applications.
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, SQL, cloud computing, and Azure DevOps.
Experience with Product and Project Management, including financial and stakeholder management.
Familiarity with ITIL processes to collaborate with infrastructure, operations, solution, and technical architecture.
Ability to run product enhancements or development projects and understand complex application landscapes.
Assertiveness, self-organization, and proactive attitude.
Target-orientation and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

Drive digitalization and transformation projects, supporting global processes, and enhancing or launching new tools.
Oversee product cost and budget as well as management of external staff including procurement and provider management.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient system solutions.
Implement changes and configure the system.
Partner with stakeholders to manage product roadmaps and backlogs, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
Coordinate with the IT Project Manager to align product perspective across projects.
Manage delivery processes from discovery to user acceptance testing.
Work across teams and global locations to align feature development and prioritization.
Monitor and evaluate product compliance and performance for continuous improvement.
Set up strategic product architecture based on Munich Re Group standards.
