Job summary

ERGO Technology & Services S.A. is seeking an experienced Senior IT System Analyst for Global Compliance Automation in Warsaw.

The role focuses on collecting and documenting functional and non‑functional requirements, translating business needs into viable IT solutions, and ensuring traceability across the software development lifecycle. Qualifications

Fluent in English and able to communicate with international stakeholders.
Several years of experience as a System Analyst, Requirements Engineer, Business Analyst, or similar.
Strong experience in elicitation, analysis, documentation, and management of requirements.
Experience collaborating with business stakeholders, product teams, developers and architects.
Proven ability to create use cases, user stories, business features, and backlog items.
Experience in agile software delivery and SDLC processes.
Hands-on acceptance testing and quality assurance activities.
Knowledge of IT service management and deployment/change processes.

Responsibilities

Manage communication and balance expectations between capability owners, end users, product teams, and service teams.
Lead workshops to gather, analyze, and validate business and system requirements.
Create and maintain use cases, process flows, and documentation using established tools.
Translate business needs into features, backlog items, and functional specs for delivery teams.
Collaborate with developers, architects, and technical teams to assess feasibility and refine requirements.
Co-create wireframes and support solution design with UI teams.
Perform acceptance testing and validate delivered functionality.
Coordinate release activities, including planning, notes, and change management.
Support pre-production and production deployments and perform release validation.
