Job summary

ERGO Technology & Services S.A. in Warsaw seeks a Project Manager to lead global cybersecurity initiatives across a complex enterprise, blending project leadership with cybersecurity expertise.

You will coordinate internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders, manage budgets and risks, and ensure on-time delivery while aligning with governance and regulatory requirements. The role supports production transitions and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and able to communicate with diverse stakeholders.
• 5+ years delivering IT infrastructure, workplace, or application projects in complex environments (Finance/Insurance preferred).
• Ability to translate business needs and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong project, financial, and change management skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and reporting abilities.
• Experience managing budgets, costs, risks, and cross-functional global teams.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall methodologies and applying them in dynamic settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead global cybersecurity projects across a complex enterprise environment.
• Define scope, budgets, resources, timelines, and delivery approaches.
• Ensure on-time delivery, within budget, and aligned with business and technical requirements.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and changes; mitigate impacts to delivery.
• Coordinate internal teams, vendors, and third-party resources throughout the lifecycle.
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and act as primary project contact.
• Monitor progress, budgets, forecasts, and reporting; provide updates to leadership.
• Ensure governance compliance and smooth transition of solutions to production.
• Oversee technical implementations and integrations for regulatory compliance.
• Manage lifecycle using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
