Job summary

Allegro Sp. z o.o. seeks a Senior Product Manager to lead the vision and execution of a unified seller ecosystem.

You will own the product roadmap, shape monetization models, and partner with teams to drive growth while exploring AI-enabled discovery and delivery. You will collaborate closely with sellers, technology partners, and Allegro squads to improve productivity and scale impact. You will map value propositions across seller stages, define scope and budgets, and ensure robust API

Qualifications

• Experience as a Product Manager in e-commerce, SaaS, or API platforms with proven roadmap ownership.
• Analytical mindset with benchmarking and value proposition mapping for customer segments.
• Experience using AI to improve personal productivity and product discovery.
• Fluent English (B2) and Polish (C1).

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the high-level Product Roadmap, define scope and budgets, secure approvals.
• Build a unified partner ecosystem with core extensions to elevate merchant experience.
• Design monetization models and benchmark market standards.
• Map value propositions for different seller stages and identify key needs.
• Establish high-quality API ecosystem standards for reliable integrations.
