Allegro Ltd. is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own vertical customer experience initiatives, shaping vision and strategy while solving complex problems and delivering impactful software solutions.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate insights into actionable requirements and drive roadmaps with high autonomy. You will champion data-driven decision making, define success KPIs, and align stakeholders up to CL8.

Qualifications

• Extensive background as a Product Manager or similar role focusing on roadmapping and stakeholder collaboration.
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and IT processes.
• Strong data analysis skills and evidence-based decision making.
• Excellent problem-solving and autonomous decision capabilities.
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and backlog management.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management.
• Customer-centric mindset with ability to translate client needs into product specs.
• English language skills at least B2 level.

Responsabilités

• Define Product Vision & Strategy for vertical customer experience initiatives.
• Translate user insights into actionable product requirements with clients.
• Own roadmap planning for 6–12 month initiatives with autonomy.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, UX, data science and more.
• Define KPIs and connect them to business goals and strategy.
• Align diverse internal stakeholders and communicate up to CL8 level.
• Optimize resources and prioritize strategic priorities.
• Apply data-driven frameworks to solve complex problems.
• Craft structured decision narratives and proposals.
• Make high-rigor product decisions considering constraints and competition.
• Lead parts of the team’s work, even in ambiguity.
• Mentor junior PMs and foster growth in methodology and leadership.
• Build peer networks and advance cross-product opportunities.
