Qualifications

• Proven track record as Product Manager in a tech-driven environment.
• Expert in collaborating with others and aligning to objectives.
• Able to manage stakeholders up to Executive level and build trust.
• Growth mindset to foster continuous improvement within the team.
• Thought partner for Engineering and UX Design to drive prioritization.
• Experience in Agile methodologies and managing complex product backlogs.
• Translate business requirements into technology roadmaps and vice versa.
• English at least B2 and Polish at least C1.

Responsibilities

• Developing and executing the tech-platform-product vision, roadmaps, and timelines for the Product Catalog.
• Leading a development team to deliver features that introduce standardized product data.
• Engaging team members and stakeholders with a compelling product vision and direction.
• Managing and prioritizing the product backlog to align with strategic goals.
• Facilitating communication across teams to align on Enhanced Category Experience goals.
